My work covers pure and applied psychometrics in academic and business settings, the investigation of advanced computational techniques in test development, publishing psychometric tests and questionnaires, and the adaptation of tests for the UK market.

The Psychometrics Centre

From 2011 until 2016, when The Psychometrics Centre moved from the Psychology Department to the Cambridge Judge Business School, it was a global hub of activity in the field of online data analytics, using psychometric techniques together with big data. The picture, above or on the left, shows most of the team and was taken at a celebration of Michal Kosinski’s PhD, attained in January 2014.  Dr Michal Kosinski is now Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dr David Stillwell, is Professor of Computational Social Science at the Judge Business School and current Director of The Psychometrics Centre. Dr Aiden Loe is Head of Science at Maki People. Dr Sandra Matz is David W. Zalaznick Professor of Business at Columbia Business School. Dr Luning Sun is Research Director of The Psychometrics Centre, and Research Associate in Organizational Behaviour at the Judge. Dr Youyou Wu is Lecturer in Psychology and Human Development at University College London.
