Legacy Research Projects

My early progress in historical psychometric research was captured in academic journals, test manuals, and projects initiated by various organizations, including governments, businesses, and charities. Even up to 20 years ago, the field of psychometric research had been advancing at pace. While since then it has evolved exponentially, with new ideas building on the foundation of the earlier work. Each project has contributed unique insights, driven by specific goals and challenges.

However, not every piece of work has been archived here. Only those that offer notable insights or that eventually evolved into ideas that had the potential to influence future research are included. Some of these contributions were pivotal at crucial moments in the development of psychometric methods, while others highlight the impact of assessments on society.

This selection process has resulted in a collection that not only documents important milestones in the field but also reflects on how psychometric assessments have influenced educational policies, organizational practices, and societal norms.
