GRIMS

GRIMS

A brief self-report questionnaire for reflecting on the current state of your marriage or long-term partnership.

This 28-item questionnaire enables you to compare the state of your relationship with that of a comparison group of couples from the general population.

It will not tell you your destiny. What it does do is hold up a mirror to your current feelings about how things are going. Your answers are scored instantly in your browser; no data is stored and no results are sent anywhere.

There are no right or wrong answers, and there is no point in trying to fool a questionnaire you are using for your own interest, so respond as honestly as you can.

GRIMS – Golombok Rust Inventory of Marital State

A brief self-report questionnaire for reflecting on the current state of your marriage or long-term partnership.

Who can use this? Anyone is welcome to complete the questionnaire, including clinicians, researchers, students and people simply curious about their score or about how such measures work in practice.
