RISC Questionnaire

The Rust Inventory of Schizotypal Cognitions

The RISDC is a brief questionnaire designed to explore unusual patterns of perception, belief, and imaginative thinking. It is not a diagnostic tool, but a way to understand how thoughts sometimes take unexpected turns or feel unusually vivid.

This online version lets you complete the questionnaire yourself to see how the scoring works and what your personal profile looks like. Your responses are processed instantly within your browser, and no data is saved or transmitted. People vary widely in how they experience imaginary cues, coincidences, intuition, or unusual ideas, and most of these differences are entirely harmless. The results simply help you reflect on where your thinking sits within this natural spectrum.
